European stocks fell again on Tuesday, as evidence of slowing growth in the euro zone did little to calm investor worries over plunging oil prices. Oil stocks including Tullow Oil, BP and Total were lower as global oil prices continued their downward spiral, with oil falling below $50 a barrel for the first time since April 2009. Rangers International Football Club fell in London after the Glasgow soccer team rejected a proposal from Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver for a controlling stake in the Glasgow soccer team. Bucking the downward trend, Entertainment One was up slightly after announcing an agreement to buy an initial 51% of ‘”Grey’s Anatomy” producer The Mark Gordon Co. for $132.6 million.
