Koesterich says ECB President Mario Draghi is dealing with more constraints than other central banks and Europe has structural issues that can only be fixed by politicians and not the central bank. He also says the U.S. Federal Reserve can’t help Europe’s problems, as it focuses on its dual mandate of full employment and price stability.
