Jul.17 — Dubai is promising its citizens, residents, and even visitors 40 more hours of free time a year. The program, called Smart Dubai, is using technology like artificial intelligence and blockchain to reach the goal of making Dubai the happiest city on earth. Bloomberg’s Manus Cranny spoke with Smart Dubai Director General Aisha Bin Bishr about the program.
