Exxon Mobil (XOM) shares have lost 11 percent over the last 6 months, dragging the stock’s performance into negative territory for the trailing 12 months — now, with market watchers projecting crude prices staying low, long-term, the stock is getting hit by analysts, too. Shares have already fallen into the low $90s, and earnings expectations are lower than in prior quarters coinciding with oil’s fall, but Credit Suisse stock pickers are saying shares will fall further, and have rated the company underperform. Next week, Exxon Mobil will take on earnings, where it could reveal more headwinds.
