Channel stuffing and a subprime auto loan bubble will ultimately bring down Harley Davidson shares, said Brad Lamensdorf, portfolio manager for the Ranger Equity Bear Fund. Lamensdorf added that Polaris is hurting Harley as well with the popularity of its Indian brand which has offerings at much lower price points. He said Carmike Cinemas is seeing its cash flow decline as a result of online movies hurting its attendance. Finally, Lamensdorf said TCF Financial is relying too much on its auto financing business and is taking on too much risk in what has become a very heated environment.
