A few more notable earnings and plenty of economic data: that’s what Wall Street will be watching for ahead of the holiday weekend on Friday, February 13. Brookfield Asset Management (BAM), The J.M. Smucker Company (SJM) and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (RRGB) report financial results before the opening bell, as earnings season winds down. Plus, fourth quarter 2014 gross domestic product for the eurozone, the broadest measure of economic activity, is released at 5am eastern. Economists expect a 0.2% rise in GDP over the quarter and a 0.8% economic expansion year-over-year. The eurozone is grappling with a host of economic issues, one of which is sluggish growth. In the U.S., at 8:30am, import and export prices are released followed by the latest reading on consumer sentiment from the University of Michigan at 10:30am. TheStreet’s Scott Gamm reports from New York.
