British insurance giant Aviva is committed to returning capital to shareholders, said Sarah Ketterer, CEO of Causeway Capital Management. Ketterer added that Aviva will also be able to rationalize its pricing and lower its leverage as a result of its merger with Friends Life. She is also bullish on shares of Qualcomm, saying the chip maker has put its China troubles behind it and can now start capitalizing on the country’s vast market opportunity. Finally, Ketterer is positive on Swiss banking giant UBS because she expects the company to increase its dividend now that its legal obligations are clearer.
