More earnings and some key numbers on auto sales: that’s what to watch on Wall Street for March 3. Retail giant Best Buy (BBY) reports financial results before the opening bell. Analysts are looking for earnings per share of $1.35 on sales of $14.3 billion. During this quarter last year, the company reported EPS of $1.24. Shares are trading at $38.63 per share. Plus, investment bank Barclays (BARC), reports before the markets open in Europe, or at 2am Eastern. Autozone (AZO) and Dick’s Sporting Goods (DKS) will release financial results before the opening bell. As for economic news, at 2pm eastern, auto & truck sales numbers are released from the Commerce Department for the month of February. At 8:15pm, Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen, will be delivering a speech on bank regulation. TheStreet’s Scott Gamm has details from New York.
