Wall Street will be watching for more earnings and economic data for the week of March 9. On Monday, retailer Urban Outfitters (URBN) reports financial results after the markets close. Analysts are looking for earnings per share of $0.58 on sales of just over $1 billion. On Tuesday, Barnes & Noble (BKS) reports with an EPS consensus estimate of $1.19 on sales of $1.9 billion. As for Wednesday, Vera Bradley (VRA), Box (BOX) and Men’s Wearhouse (MW) release financial results. Thursday is a big day for economic data, with jobless claims and retail sales data released at 8:30am eastern, two key economic indicators. As for earnings, Dollar General (DG) reports before the markets open and retailer Aeropostale (ARO) releases its financial results after the markets close. More economic data, including consumer sentiment, is revealed on Friday. TheStreet’s Scott Gamm has details from New York.
