The historic Buffalo storm consisted of 37 consecutive hours of blizzard conditions, which is the longest reported on record since 1950. NBC’s Marissa Parra reports more than 30 people have been reported dead, and how crews are contiously working to clear snow from the roads while the travel ban remains in place.
