The end of the refinery strike may be near. The United Steelworkers reached a tentative agreement with Shell Oil after more than a month of contentious talks and strikes. The strike has been on contributing factor to rising gas prices. Herbalife shares were higher overnight. Pershing Square Hedge Fund Manager Bill Ackman is said to be under investigation for potential stock manipulation of Herbalife shares. Reportedly, the FBI has interviewed people related to the fund and have been asked for documents pertaining the stock. Cosmetics chain Ulta delivered better than expected sales and projects higher sales going forward.
