Apple is reportedly in talks with programmers about offering an online bundle of TV networks this fall. The service would have about 25 channels, including networks like ABC, CBS and FOX, and would be available across Apple devices, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. It would likely be priced around $30 or $40 a month and may be unveiled as early as June, with a September launch. The announcement comes on the heels of last week’s revelation that Apple will be the exclusive digital launch partner for HBO Now, the upcoming streaming service from Time Warner. Cantor Fitzgerald equity research analyst Brian White called Apple ‘one of the few companies in the world that has the potential to transform the TV industry.’
