Oil is down again this morning as Saudi Arabia says it won’t cut output alone and China’s imports of oil weakened. Crude oil dropped more than 1.5%. Meanwhile, the Lundberg survey says gas prices nationwide have dropped 4 cents in the past two weeks, bringing the national average to $2.50 a gallon. Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Stanley Fisher speaks at the Economic Club of New York. Federal Reserve Governors Loretta Mester and John Williams also give speeches. Existing home sales will be released today. Tenet Healthcare is nearing a deal to buy United Surgical Partners. Starbucks ends the “Race Together” on coffee cups.
