A reversal at Monday’s midday trading had Wall Street trading in the green after opening sharply lower. The Dow added 100 points after falling triple digits at the start of the session. Western Union (WU) was one of the few decliners. Investors pulled back after the stock was downgraded to NEUTRAL at Susquehanna. Tesla (TSLA) jumped 8% after reporting it delivered more than 10,000 vehicles during the first quarter. That’s the highest quarterly total ever for the electric vehicle maker and suggests the company is on track to surpass last year’s sales. Shares of Ventas (VTR) were higher after the health care real-estate investment trust said it will buy Ardent Medical Services for $1.75 billion, in an all cash deal.
