Starbucks is expanding its college tuition reimbursement program for workers. The coffee chain will now cover the entire cost of an online undergraduate degree. It previously limited the program to juniors and seniors seeking to complete their degrees. Federal Express is making a bet on Europe. It’s buying TNT, a Dutch courier delivery service for $4.8 billion dollar all cash deal. The offer is 33% higher than the company’s current value. The deal is expected to close in about a year. Ocular Therapeutix shares are plunging as its eye pain and inflammation treatment didn’t meet one of its goals in a late stage clinical trial.
