P&G shares have struggled in recent months due to the strong dollar, yet the consumer staples giant is cutting costs and repositioning itself, said Kate Warne, Investment Strategist at Edward Jones. Warne added that P&G pays investors a healthy 3.1% dividend as they wait for the company to turn itself around. She said Visa shares have upside despite their impressive rally due to the continuing trend toward a cashless society, as well as rising global wealth. Finally, Warne is bullish on Abbott Labs, saying the company is also paying a healthy dividend as it repositions itself for faster growth.
