Millennials face an uphill climb in the workforce, amid plenty of competition for jobs and a widely held perception that millennials are entitled and lazy. Career expert Roy Cohen speaks with TheStreet’s Scott Gamm on how millennials can overcome hurdles in their careers. ‘It is my belief, from a number of conversations with clients I work with who manage millennials, that they often show up late and aren’t the last to leave the office,’ he said. ‘They are not as willing to make a commitment to the organization, so they won’t work as late as their peers who are a little older and have whiter hair.’
