110 men of the all-Black 24th Infantry’s third battalion were all convicted of murder, mutiny and assault after taking part in a race riot over a century ago. Now, the U.S. Army issued honorable discharges for them, making their survivors eligible for benefits. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson shares more.
